Job Description

Nestlé USA seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Solon, Ohio in a hybrid role with in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to define and implement recruiting strategies and talent sourcing programs that align with the needs of a complex organization.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition posting to sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer finalization.
  • Serve as the business counterpart on external market trends, tracking supply and demand, identifying key talent, and understanding compensation components.
  • Lead thorough intake sessions with the business and teams to align on role requirements, candidate profile, and responsibilities.
  • Create and execute strategic sourcing plans for groups using direct sourcing, database mining, networking, name generation, cold outreach, industry events, associations, online communities, research, and social marketing.
  • Identify critical behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share sourcing strategy, and set process and timeline expectations.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing to weave employer branding and social media tactics into sourcing plans and coordinate targeted outreach events.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience and actively promote the Nestlé employment brand throughout the process.
  • Hold regular meetings with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and maintain agility in the hiring process.
  • Influence decision makers on candidate selection and advise on total rewards considerations.
  • Ensure recruiting process excellence by following internal policies, accurately tracking activity in the applicant tracking system, and complying with applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Willingness to challenge processes when necessary while managing expectations of business partners and candidates.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines by gathering sourcing intelligence, converting passive candidates, and leveraging diverse channels.
  • Extensive experience across full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, ATS, offers, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct competency-based recruitment.
  • Experience using technology to support talent selection, including ATS, sourcing channels, and social/digital media.
  • Ability to apply business knowledge to practical talent decisions aligned with strategy or organizational changes.
  • Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
