Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to guide hiring strategies across the USA and LATAM. This onsite role in Orlando, FL owns the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborates with Candidate Experience Partners and TA Coordinators to align talent acquisition with workforce planning and deliver top talent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies that align with business goals and future skills needs.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Operate as the central Talent Acquisition lead for the USA and LATAM regions.
• Gather and share labor market insights, talent trends, and competitor intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
• Work closely with the RPO partner to meet regional hiring objectives.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with stakeholders to meet or exceed expectations.
• Promote continuous improvements in recruiting practices to support organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Significant Talent Acquisition experience across in-house, agency, or RPO environments.
• Strong analytical ability to convert market data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering high-quality service.
• High emotional intelligence with self-awareness and empathy.
• Strong work ethic and ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, grow, and innovate in recruitment practices.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to see the bigger picture.

• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus, but not required.
