Senior Recruiter, Facilities Management

Sodexo's facilities management team is expanding its recruiting capability to identify and attract operational leaders for facilities management roles within K–12 schools and campus settings across the United States. The Senior Recruiter will be based in North Bethesda, MD with remote work options, and the role offers a salary range of USD 64,600 to 100,430 per year. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment, building pipelines through proactive sourcing and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across the organization to execute the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Identify and engage both passive and active candidates through sourcing and screening efforts.
• Apply creative sourcing approaches to locate, connect with, and recruit top talent.
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate network via proactive market research, events, and ongoing relationship management.
• Operate with a sense of urgency and use data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with team members and build strong partnerships with hiring managers.
• Experience in sourcing, networking, and building talent pipelines.
• Strong influencing skills and a customer service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
