Botanic Tonics, LLC is seeking a remote Sales Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods environment. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding sales talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. The position provides a competitive compensation range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a culture that emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

• End to End Recruitment: Oversee the full cycle for high-volume roles, particularly in sales, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Employ innovative techniques across job boards, social media, and referrals to identify top talent.
• Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of the CPG sector to attract candidates who align with company goals.
• Candidate Experience: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand needs and align recruiting strategies with workforce objectives.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics to monitor pipeline health and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in the CPG industry or similar
• Proven success recruiting for sales roles or comparable positions
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions under deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a focus on candidate experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make strategic recommendations
