Regional University Recruiter

Support Full Sail University's regional recruitment efforts across the greater Pittsburgh, PA area, engaging education and entertainment media communities through workshops, brand presentations, and targeted outreach.

Responsibilities

• Represent Full Sail University as an ambassador, upholding the institution's educational model with integrity, professionalism, top-tier customer service, and compliance.
• Residency requirement: must live in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area.
• Develop and execute territory-specific brand advocacy and recruitment activities within the education community, post-secondary sector, local businesses, and related networks.
• Execute 15–20 onsite and virtual high school and community college recruitment activities each month.
• Lead interactive Full Sail University recruitment experiences and deliver brand presentations to prospective students.
• Represent the university at regional college fairs, career nights, STEM/STEAM events, marketing events, community events, and other prospective student and alumni activities.
• Explain Full Sail University educational programs, outcomes, and student services accurately to prospective students.
• Collaborate with the Full Sail on Tour team to maximize regional tour events as needed.
• Partner with Military Outreach and International Business Development teams to support regional recruitment at military installations and in-country ESL programs and international high schools.
• Assist with additional outreach initiatives on behalf of Full Sail University as needed.
• Operate with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel, particularly during peak seasons.
• Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–3 years of experience in college admissions, marketing, education, and/or regional outreach.
• Strong understanding of the college admissions process and educational models for primary and secondary education, including STEM or CDE.
• Must become a licensed agent for Full Sail University in Florida, with potential licensing in additional states as needed.
• Must successfully participate in and complete all continuing education and training requirements.
• Background check is mandatory.
• Residency in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel, especially during peak seasons.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel.

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands

• Regular communication with customers and colleagues; ability to input and retrieve information from computer systems; data entry while on calls.
