Regional Recruiter
Job Description
Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Regional Recruiter to source Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, with a preference for candidates who thrive in a contract therapy environment. This role partners with regional management to move qualified candidates through a diverse set of recruiting channels, and remote work is available for applicants in the Milwaukee, Chicago, or Dallas markets. Based in Mesquite, Texas, the position supports a flexible, remote-friendly approach while maintaining a strong local presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support to regional management by referring qualified applicants for identified open positions.
- Develop leads through a mix of methods, including electronic postings, social media, email, cold-calling, attendance at local and state recruitment events, direct mail, and university or school postings.
- Identify, screen, and refer qualified candidates to facility-based and regional leadership to fill openings promptly.
- Create and manage strategies to raise company visibility and generate enthusiasm among potential candidates to streamline the recruiting process and improve acceptance rates.
- Present the company philosophy and background professionally to all candidates.
- Identify, communicate, and promptly resolve any procedural issues brought to attention.
- Provide feedback on competitor activity and other relevant market information.
- Represent Continuum Therapy Partners at state and national events, and by visiting schools and universities as needed.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and legal conduct at all times.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system as directed by the VP of Recruitment, including detailed notes of candidate interactions and verification of contact and license information.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word, Docusign, ATS systems, Adobe Acrobat, and internet browsers.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain meticulous documentation and workflows.
- Be willing to work non-business hours, including evenings and weekends, during critical periods.
- Adhere to Recruiting Policies and Procedures at all times.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by company management.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/industry experience.
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Adequate transportation to meetings and events.
- Available for overnight travel as needed.
