Recruiting Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

A bilingual English/Spanish Recruiting Specialist onsite in Haverhill, MA, will manage full-cycle hiring across manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, professional, supervisory, and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting for hourly, salaried, supervisory, and management positions
• Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with managers
• Extend employment offers and guide candidates through pre-employment steps
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Provide updates on candidate pipelines and recruiting activity
• Assist managers with candidate selection and hiring decisions
• Support workforce planning and recruiting strategies
• Develop relationships with local workforce organizations, schools, and community partners
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting documentation
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Support onboarding and orientation activities as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in Ward Hill, MA
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
