What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll guide candidates through the hiring process while keeping recruiting operations organized and moving. Your work will focus on coordinating schedules, progressing qualified applicants to the next steps, and maintaining clear, centralized records.

• Schedule and interview applicants
• Ensure centralized open positions are filled
• Move qualified candidates through the recruiting process and schedule branch next steps
• Maintain accurate talent records

What You Bring

You’ll bring strong bilingual communication and a track record in customer-facing roles where communication and responsiveness matter.

• 1+ years in a customer service, call center, or inside sales industry
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Ability to meet set deadlines
• MS Office proficiency

Training, Schedule, and Location

Verstela provides comprehensive training so candidates without recruiting experience can succeed. This position is onsite in Everett, WA with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Pay

$23.63 - $27.14 per hour (hourly range: USD 23 - 27).
