Recruiter

Fairway Staffing Inc. is hiring a Recruiter in Anaheim, CA (onsite) to help candidates find the right opportunities. This role combines hands-on recruiting with customer-focused support, including sourcing and screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding. Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other job boards
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants and clients
• Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes
• Update applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
• Follow up with employees and clients regarding assignments and performance
• Support office operations and recruiting goals

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (required)
• Customer service experience: 2 years (required)
• Spanish (required)
• Willingness to travel: 25% (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Location & Schedule: In person in Anaheim, CA. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
