Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist

The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of talent acquisition and new-hire onboarding for Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine. This onsite role in West Palm Beach, Florida focuses on posting and sourcing candidates, evaluating applicants, completing reference checks, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding, orientation planning, background checks, I-9 verification, and ongoing HR administration.

Compensation

USD 55,000 - 60,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from job postings through candidate sourcing, screening, reference checks, and offers.
• Analyze recruitment costs and generate reports to inform a comprehensive hiring plan.
• Partner with the HR Manager to design and implement an equitable, inclusive talent acquisition strategy.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Oversee onboarding activities including background checks, employment verification, and the creation of onboarding and orientation plans.
• Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with policy and legal requirements.
• Complete I-9 forms, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
• Respond to employment verification requests in a timely manner.
• Support day-to-day employee inquiries as needed.
• Assist with and oversee day-to-day HR policy operations, ensuring compliance across multiple locations.
• Manage HR administration including onboarding process administration and the creation of job descriptions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience recruiting for medical office environments in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates across varying levels of experience and backgrounds for a broad range of roles.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Paylocity Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus.
