Job Description
Recruiting Business Partner for AWS Infrastructure Services in Seattle, WA (onsite) with a salary range of USD 72,000 - 138,700 per year, partnering with AWS leaders to drive recruiting strategy, candidate generation, and process improvements for AWS technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations through a clear understanding of return on investment.
- Source passive tech candidates and assess their chemistry for role fit and motivation, prioritizing understanding over selling the role.
- Provide strategic guidance and serve as a trusted advisor on technical and non-technical hiring, delivering measurable results.
- Develop sourcing models and plans to generate technical and non-technical talent pools; create and execute robust search strategies and align job profiles with hiring managers.
- Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that support long-term company growth; implement new processes and refine existing recruiting practices.
- Articulate a written plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Conduct interviews in alignment with the position specification.
- Lead or participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of interviewing techniques, leveraging internal talent, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.
Requirements
- Proven experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
- 3+ years of technical recruiting in a high-volume, high-hiring-bar environment.
