Recruiting and Training Specialist
Job Description
Liberty CDJR of Philadelphia is seeking a Recruiting and Training Specialist in Pennsylvania (onsite) to support the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to structured training and compliance tracking across dealership departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates using multiple channels, including Indeed, industry-specific job boards, and social media, with the goal of attracting a diverse candidate pool.
- Manage and maintain relationships with hiring managers to support alignment between recruitment needs and department goals.
- Support operational execution by ensuring efficient workflows, optimal resource allocation, and appropriate staffing levels to meet productivity standards.
- Lead training programs for industry-specific computer systems for new hires and existing team members, coordinating with managers to support on-track completion.
- Maintain detailed records for all training activities, including mandatory compliance programs.
- Identify and propose industry best practices for processes across all departments.
- Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative, and accountability-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of Human Resources experience focused on recruiting, onboarding, and training.
- Prior experience and familiarity with industry systems and software.
- Automotive industry background is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, customer-driven dealership environment.
Compensation
USD 85,000 - 95,000 per year.
