Job Description

Support Amazon’s University Talent Acquisition Field Recruiting team by owning early career recruiting strategy and driving end-to-end candidate search, assessment, and closing.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy
  • Create scalable recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
  • Develop and apply sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Develop recruiting strategies that support long-range growth, implement new processes, and create standard operating procedures aligned to Amazon’s mission for high-quality customer outcomes
  • Articulate recruiting plans in writing, including deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking
  • Facilitate candidate interview events
  • Support special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques

Requirements

  • 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
  • Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies, including employer branding and interview process optimization
  • Experience with CTS/ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Experience contributing to creation and implementation of high-quality, high-volume recruiting plans
  • Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting focused on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market

Location and Travel

  • Based in Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington
  • Not remote
  • Travel required during peak campus recruiting times

Salary

  • USA, TN, Nashville: $50,900 - $89,100 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $80,200 - $99,100 USD annually
