Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee full-cycle recruiting, expand candidate pipelines, and strengthen hiring workflows across multiple teams. This role is based in Indianapolis, IN (onsite) and supports hiring for several departments while partnering with leadership to enhance the employer brand.

Role Overview

You will own recruiting from initial sourcing through onboarding, including interview scheduling and coordination with department managers. The position also focuses on improving hiring process effectiveness by monitoring recruiting metrics and developing strategies that attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through onboarding
• Recruit for roles across Sales, Customer Service, Production, Operations, and Leadership
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking
• Create job postings designed to attract strong applicants
• Develop creative recruiting campaigns to support open positions
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate flow with department managers
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire
• Continuously improve onboarding and hiring processes
• Attend career fairs and community recruiting events
• Support efforts to strengthen EverDry’s employer brand

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruiting platforms
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to build effective relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated approach with strong organizational skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings at once
• Experience using ATS software is a plus

Compensation and Work Setup

Salary: USD 45,000 - 60,000 per year.
