Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Denovo Review offers a remote, full-time opportunity for a skilled Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build strong candidate pipelines and oversee the complete hiring lifecycle. In this role, you will partner with teams to develop pipelines using traditional resources as well as digital channels, and you will guide processes from intake sessions and sourcing through scheduling, interviewing, candidate assessment, and the offer stage, all within a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong candidate pipelines through traditional resources as well as digital channels.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes including conducting intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Effectively manage the offer process.

Requirements

• JD, paralegal or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Experience with or proven ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven experience managing confidential information
• Strong self-awareness and ability to receive and accept feedback in an effort to continue personal and professional growth and development
• Excellent interpersonal skills
