Recruiter I

Join Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) as a Recruiter I in Seattle, onsite, and help attract and hire student talent at scale, including Robotics and AI initiatives. Responsibilities

• Partner with business and recruiting teams across Amazon to understand student hiring needs
• Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy
• Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders
• Develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales
• Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, pilots, and process improvement projects

Requirements

• 4+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive technical recruiting including full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

About the Team

This recruiter will sit on the Specialty Robotics-AI recruiting team at Amazon and join an exceptional group of recruiters dedicated to Hiring and Developing the Best. The Robotics-AI team hires Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD students working with Robotics, Silicon, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, Hardware and related technologies. Recruiting experience in these fields is highly preferred.
