Recruiter and HR Coordinator
Job Description
FSR Trucking Inc. is seeking a Recruiter and HR Coordinator to collaborate with the HR Manager on talent acquisition and key HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting: source candidates and conduct initial screenings.
- Employee lifecycle support: assist the HR Manager across onboarding through offboarding.
- HR administration: complete VOEs, maintain employee records, coordinate pre-employment screenings, and handle clerical tasks for the DOT drug testing program.
- Process improvement: identify opportunities to enhance recruiting strategies and HR workflows, providing feedback to strengthen practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR coordination role.
- Solid knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and familiarity with US employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, personable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in the Transportation or Logistics industry is strongly preferred.

Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 per year
