Recruiter

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle hiring for roles in Franklin, Kentucky. This onsite position focuses on partnering with hiring managers, attracting qualified candidates, and guiding applicants through a high-touch recruitment experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer extension and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build recruitment strategies that align with open positions.
• Use multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract and engage qualified talent.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate relationships and help ensure an exceptional candidate experience across the recruitment process.
• Support additional HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Staffing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
