Responsibilities

• Steer end-to-end recruitment for RNs, LPNs, HHAs, CNAs, therapists, and administrative staff.
• Design and implement healthcare-focused sourcing strategies tailored to regional labor markets.
• Identify candidates via job boards, social networks, professional networking, referrals, and healthcare industry platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and early interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clinical leadership.
• Maintain an active pipeline of licensed and certified healthcare professionals.
• Verify licensure status with the applicable state boards.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure timely completion of background checks, OIG exclusions, drug screens, and I-9 documentation.
• Navigate multi-state onboarding requirements for healthcare workers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring nurses, aides, or other licensed clinical staff.
• Working knowledge of healthcare credentialing requirements.
• Experience recruiting in regulated environments.
• Strong interviewing skills with solid understanding of employment and labor law to support compliant hiring.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Overview

We are seeking a proactive recruiter to join our human resources team. This role leads full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff, with a primary focus on nurses and home health aides. The recruiter partners closely with clinical leadership to attract, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals in compliance with federal and state regulations across multiple states. Location: Ogden, UT onsite.
