Job Description

Onsite in Ogden, UT, this full-cycle healthcare recruiter position focuses on nurses and home health aides and collaborates with clinical leadership across multiple states to attract, screen, and hire licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Steer end-to-end recruitment for RNs, LPNs, HHAs, CNAs, therapists, and administrative staff.
  • Design and implement healthcare-focused sourcing strategies tailored to regional labor markets.
  • Identify candidates via job boards, social networks, professional networking, referrals, and healthcare industry platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and early interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clinical leadership.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of licensed and certified healthcare professionals.
  • Verify licensure status with the applicable state boards.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure timely completion of background checks, OIG exclusions, drug screens, and I-9 documentation.
  • Navigate multi-state onboarding requirements for healthcare workers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record hiring nurses, aides, or other licensed clinical staff.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare credentialing requirements.
  • Experience recruiting in regulated environments.
  • Strong interviewing skills with solid understanding of employment and labor law to support compliant hiring.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
