Real Estate Agent Recruiter & Agent Support

In Buford, Georgia, Virtual Properties Realty and UC Premier Properties are collaborating to find a dedicated Real Estate Agent Recruiter & Agent Support to help grow their agent network. This hybrid role centers on attracting both seasoned and up-and-coming real estate professionals, guiding onboarding, maintaining strong relationships, keeping the CRM up to date, and lending a light marketing hand to foster agent development. The position blends in-office collaboration with periodic travel to nearby offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit experienced and new real estate agents to VPR & UC Premier Properties
• Conduct in-person and virtual recruiting consultations with prospective agents
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and industry professionals
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to ensure agent satisfaction and retention
• Maintain detailed records and workflows in our CRM
• Assist with internal communications, agent recognition, and marketing campaigns
• Represent the brand at networking events, training sessions, and team meetings
• Drive to Buford office at least once per week; travel to nearby offices as needed

Requirements

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required (Broker license preferred)
• Proven experience in real estate sales, recruiting, or brokerage operations
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with CRMs and basic marketing platforms
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Professional, positive, and personable demeanor
• Must reside within 1-hour drive of Buford, GA and have reliable transportation

Compensation

Base salary plus performance-based bonuses. The compensation structure will be based on experience and results.
