Job Description

Iowa Select Farms is seeking a part-time bilingual HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across Iowa. This onsite role is based in West Des Moines and Iowa Falls, with responsibilities that include posting openings, screening applicants, publishing ads on social media, attending job fairs, and developing recruitment content, all while operating in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • identify and bring in new talent for our open positions
  • posting openings on job boards
  • publishing ads on company social media platforms
  • calling and screening potential applicants
  • attending job fairs or other company events as necessary
  • develop creative recruitment content
  • connect with applicants through various communication platforms

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience representing an employer at career fairs and recruiting events
  • Familiar with using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook to source and recruit candidates
  • 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience (Required)
  • 3 years of experience sourcing candidates through social media platforms (Required)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
