Job Description
The Nurse Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner designs and drives recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain nursing talent in the West Michigan region. This on-site role acts as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, leveraging data and innovative sourcing methods, and requires travel between two UHS facilities and related events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, hire, and retain high-quality nursing talent across the West Michigan market.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by utilizing workforce data, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of clinical candidates that align with organizational goals and patient care standards.
- Operate on-site with travel between two UHS facilities, participating in career fairs, hiring events, outreach initiatives, and related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience in healthcare nurse recruiting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Hours and Location
Full-Time. On Site at two UHS facilities.
Southridge is located on the south side of Grand Rapids, near the intersection of M-6 and Byron Center Ave SW: 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315.
Forest View Hospital is located east of Grand Rapids at 1055 Medical Park Dr. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
