HR Recruiter/Coordinator
Job Description
315 Logistics is seeking an on-site HR Recruiter/Coordinator in Hampton, VA. In this role you will drive full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and driver staffing in collaboration with Amazon and company leadership, with occasional travel between Virginia Beach and Hampton. The position offers a base salary of USD 46,000 per year and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through onboarding and coordinating training sessions
- Maintain a robust pipeline of driver candidates via Indeed, ATS platforms, referrals, and targeted recruiting initiatives
- Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks, drug screens, and MVR reviews
- Deliver onboarding and orientation in alignment with Amazon and internal standards
- Keep employee records accurate in ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems
- Manage driver scheduling and staffing adjustments to ensure efficient route coverage and smooth daily operations
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR projects
- Assist with offboarding, including termination paperwork and return of company property
- Support workers’ compensation documentation and light-duty tracking
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to submit to background checks, MVR, and drug screenings

Additional Information
- Primarily office-based role with occasional travel between Virginia Beach and Hampton locations
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for urgent HR matters and business needs
- Must be comfortable working on-site and interacting with employees and leadership teams regularly

Education
Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience
