HR Recruiter / Compliance Coordinator (Entry Level)
Job Description
Quinton Residential Living seeks an entry level HR Recruiter and Compliance Coordinator to support candidate sourcing, coordinate hiring processes, assist onboarding, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws. This role provides a foundational path in talent acquisition and compliance management.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, Indeed, and the company website, among others.
- Assist internal recruiting by posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Assist with onboarding activities.
- Support compliance efforts by adhering to employment and labor law regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Research HR best practices, market trends, and competitor insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management techniques.
- Track and maintain employee files and hiring documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Monitor required licenses, certifications, background checks, and expiration dates.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Support audits and internal compliance reviews as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with documents, tracking systems, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
