Job Description
This onsite HR recruiting role in Chino, California centers on full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations, with a focus on compliance and employee relations. The position requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify staffing needs and design effective recruitment plans.
- Post openings, review resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing channels.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience from application through offer stage.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and keep accurate records within HR systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
