HR/Internal Recruiter / Talent Manager
Job Description
Aanya Vaishali Corp seeks an HR internal recruiter / talent manager to oversee full-cycle recruitment for retail roles, onboard new hires, and support team development across expanding store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions, including store managers, assistant managers, and frontline staff
- Create and manage job postings across Indeed and additional recruiting channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Identify strong candidates who fit the company culture
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain hiring records and personnel documentation
- Assist with HR policies and employee relations matters
- Contribute to retention and engagement strategies
- Support team-building and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist leadership in assembling cohesive store teams
- Identify internal talent for growth opportunities
- Improve hiring systems and recruiting processes
- Build talent pipelines for future store openings and staffing needs
- Maintain relationships with recruiting platforms and job boards
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of recruiting or human resources experience preferred
- Experience hiring for retail, hospitality, or service industries is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with hiring platforms such as Indeed or similar systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs
