HR/Internal Recruiter / Talent Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions, including store managers, assistant managers, and frontline staff
• Create and manage job postings across Indeed and additional recruiting channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Identify strong candidates who fit the company culture
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain hiring records and personnel documentation
• Assist with HR policies and employee relations matters
• Contribute to retention and engagement strategies
• Support team-building and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist leadership in assembling cohesive store teams
• Identify internal talent for growth opportunities
• Improve hiring systems and recruiting processes
• Build talent pipelines for future store openings and staffing needs
• Maintain relationships with recruiting platforms and job boards

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of recruiting or human resources experience preferred
• Experience hiring for retail, hospitality, or service industries is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with hiring platforms such as Indeed or similar systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs
