GTM Recruiter II

Experis is seeking a Business Development / GTM Recruiter II for the Talent Acquisition team to support global hiring needs. This onsite contract role focuses on sourcing and engaging talent for complex requisitions while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver results.

Role Overview

In this position, you will use multiple sourcing approaches to identify candidates, build sustained talent communities, and strengthen recruiting programs. You will also contribute to candidate experience improvements by aligning job description and messaging best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Use multiple sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach strategies, to identify and engage talent for complex requisitions.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies that increase lead volume, while monitoring external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Develop and maintain long-term candidate networks, including influencing best practices for job descriptions and messaging to improve candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill requisitions efficiently while managing multiple priorities.
• Support recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagements to expand the talent pipeline.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, with emphasis on corporate staffing and executive-level placements.
• Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques and reporting tools to analyze recruitment metrics; Gen AI fluency is a PLUS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies using data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.

Contract Details

• Location: Seattle, WA (Fully Onsite)
• Duration: 11-month contract with potential for hire or extension
• Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm (flexible)
• Pay Range: USD 40-45 per hour, plus benefits
