Fractional Senior Recruiter

Pathways is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Fractional Senior Recruiter to support its talent acquisition efforts across multiple clients or projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews and offer negotiation, delivering a seamless candidate experience
• Manage candidate pipelines using talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Lever and UltiPro
• Create and run targeted sourcing strategies across social media platforms, HR sourcing channels, and campus recruitment to attract diverse talent pools
• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns across roles such as technical recruiting and executive search, balancing speed with quality
• Partner with hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Ensure hiring activities follow employment laws and HR legal standards at each stage of the recruiting process
• Conduct research to surface innovative recruiting techniques, market trends, and competitive intelligence that strengthen sourcing outcomes

Requirements

• Proven background in negotiation, candidate sourcing, and relationship management within HR and recruiting environments
• Strong interviewing capability, including assessing technical competencies, cultural fit, and growth potential
• Experience with HR systems such as UltiPro and ATS platforms such as Lever, plus talent management tools
• Knowledge of employment law for talent acquisition, HR legal compliance, and employee relations best practices
• Demonstrated ability in high-volume hiring with a track record of executing full cycle recruiting
• Excellent communication skills for outreach through cold calling, social media recruitment marketing, and coordination with internal stakeholders
• Experience supporting training and development efforts such as employee orientation, employee evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail in research, sourcing, and external recruiting work
