Electrical Recruiter

Atlantic Electric, LLC seeks an Electrical Recruiter to source, evaluate, and place electrical professionals across commercial, industrial, airfield lighting, and water and wastewater projects. The role requires hands-on electrical industry experience of at least four years and the ability to build sustainable talent pipelines to support hiring efforts at Atlantic Electric in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and engage qualified electricians, foremen, superintendents, project managers, and other electrical construction professionals.
• Evaluate candidates' technical qualifications, electrical experience, certifications, and licensing.
• Partner with Human Resources to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, trade schools, industry associations, career fairs, and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation.
• Represent Atlantic Electric at recruiting events and industry functions.
• Support additional Human Resources and recruiting initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in the electrical industry is required.
• Experience as a commercial or industrial electrician, electrical engineer, electrical foreman, superintendent, estimator, project manager, or similar electrical construction role is required.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical construction methods, terminology, certifications, and career paths.
• Ability to accurately evaluate technical qualifications and field experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
