Responsibilities

Source candidates independently through multiple channels including social media, Indeed, and the Carvana career site.
Conduct thorough phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
Provide resumes and screening notes to hiring managers for interview consideration.
Perform talent, skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business accordingly.
Manage candidate expectations around the background check process, coordinating with candidates and colleagues to enable a successful hire.
Develop strong relationships with hiring leaders and gain a deep understanding of the Operations teams to inform effective hiring strategies.
Maintain a high interview-to-offer conversion rate.
Contribute to building a stronger company with daily impact on hiring outcomes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
Experience using recruiting applications and creative sourcing methods; familiarity with Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS.
Experience collaborating with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to meet team needs.
Ability to operate with urgency without sacrificing accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Comfort with change and the ability to adapt quickly.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree required.

The Operations Talent team Recruiter delivers full-cycle recruitment for Carvana's operations groups, including Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection/Reconditioning Centers, Market Operations, and ADESA Auctions. The role encompasses the 360 recruitment process for multiple sites nationwide, with a focus on filling skilled-level roles and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Important Details

Upon hire, there will be a six month review and assessment period to verify role-specific performance and competency standards.
