Job Description
Executive leadership role overseeing growth, recruiting, coaching, and culture for Keller Williams Realty Group in Fort Wayne, onsite, with a salary range of USD 150,000 to 400,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead recruitment programs and steer growth initiatives for the market center.
- Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline for recruiting.
- Hold recruitment meetings, consultations, and conversion conversations with prospects.
- Attract high-producing agents, teams, and growth-focused professionals.
- Expand Fort Wayne market share opportunities through targeted strategies.
- Elevate brand visibility for Keller Williams Realty Group in the market.
- Monitor recruiting conversion metrics, appointment activity, and ROI.
- Establish productivity and accountability systems across the team.
- Collaborate with productivity coaches to raise performance levels.
- Support business planning and agent growth conversations.
- Increase participation and engagement in coaching programs.
- Track caps, half-caps, and production trends to inform decisions.
- Create scalable productivity programs adaptable to growth.
- Lead retention-focused conversations and regular touchpoints.
- Run one-on-one meetings and collect agent feedback.
- Identify at-risk agents and craft actionable plans.
- Champion Keller Williams culture and collaborative work environment.
- Strengthen community involvement, accountability, and engagement within the center.
- Partner with the Operating Principal on the market center growth strategy.
- Work with the Director of Operations to define dashboards and KPIs.
- Attend executive meetings, ALC sessions, and investor discussions.
- Drive strategic initiatives spanning recruiting, productivity, and culture.
- Improve systems and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Support profitability by growing agents and boosting production.
- Monitor the company dollar contribution each period.
- Enable retention-driven revenue opportunities.
- Review scorecards and performance dashboards to guide actions.
- Assist quarterly forecasting and planning cycles.
Requirements
- Proven leadership, recruitment, sales, or brokerage growth experience.
