Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Post job advertisements and run cold calling and cold email campaigns to engage both non-applicants and applicants across a wide range of requisitions, from entry level to senior sales roles. Maintain candidate relationships through the application and interview process, with provided tools to support success.
  • Full-cycle Recruiting and Interviewing: Conduct phone and web interviews and shepherd candidates from initial contact through offer and start date, continuing beyond to onboarding.
  • Recruiting Strategy: Build knowledge over time to design and implement creative strategies for difficult placements, including exploring new platforms and recruitment methods and tracking evolving industry trends.
  • Team Member Responsibilities: Maintain accurate activity reporting, participate in weekly executive team meetings, communicate effectively, and contribute to both team and independent work. May assist with database management and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Representing IST Management: Maintain current knowledge of IST Management’s offerings and leverage online channels such as LinkedIn and other social media to attract and engage candidates.

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience or demonstrated success with cold-call outbound B2B sales is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office; strong internet savvy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree is a plus.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Willingness to cross-train for additional job functions as needed.

Schedule

Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to address requisitions and interview candidates across all U.S. time zones. Expect 0 to 5 percent travel annually, and possible occasional air travel. A minimum of 40 hours per week in a salaried role. A mandatory weekly virtual team meeting occurs on Tuesday at 5:30 PM. After initial training, the position shifts to a hybrid model with at least three in-office days per week and two days remote.

Compensation — Base Salary and Bonuses

Base salary of $65,000 per year. Hire bonuses range from $1,000 to $3,000 per hire. On-target earnings for the first year can exceed $90,000, with a first-year KPI of 10 hires.
