Contract Trades Recruiter

Contract Trades Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish) on-site in Odessa, TX for a 6–8 month contract to support high-volume hiring for industrial construction projects in the Permian Basin and Southeast New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Recruit journey electricians, pipefitters, concrete workers, general laborers, and other skilled trades to meet project needs across the Permian Basin and Southeast New Mexico.
• Source, screen, interview, and hire high-volume craft talent to sustain ongoing construction schedules and project milestones.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for ongoing project needs, enabling rapid fills as demands shift.
• Partner with field operations and hiring managers to forecast staffing, align recruiting with site plans, and support a smooth candidate-to-hire process.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain ATS activity to ensure timely progression of candidates from application to active status.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades within industrial construction, EPC, or oil and gas environments, with a track record of meeting high-volume targets.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting, including scalable sourcing strategies and efficient interview pipelines.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates across trade channels.
• Ability to work onsite in Odessa, TX for the duration of the contract.
