Construction Recruiter - Award Winning Recruiting Search Firm - Base Salary to 70k/year

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Construction Recruiter to support residential and commercial construction roles nationwide. This position is based in York, Pennsylvania, with remote work options and offers a base salary in the USD 55,000 to 70,000 range plus quarterly commissions or bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting services for positions in a variety of disciplines across Residential and Commercial Contractors, Builders, Product Manufacturers and Distributors nationwide, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Foremen, Site Managers, Territory Sales Reps, and Sales Directors.
• Build out your own base of business while working orders from a national client base, with support from a dedicated Business Development Team to grow your territory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven agency/staffing firm recruiting success in the construction space, with experience filling commercial and residential construction roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Estimators, Project Engineers, Civil Construction roles, Construction Sales roles and more.

• Friendly, relationship-minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, and strong organizational skills.
