This onsite Construction Recruiter role in Sunland, CA focuses on developing a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to support operational staffing and project needs. Compensation is $25.00 per hour.

Location and Compensation

Location: Sunland, CA onsite

Compensation: USD 25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Keep job postings current across multiple recruiting platforms
• Create a steady inflow of applicants through proactive sourcing
• Recruit via Indeed, Craigslist, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, trade schools, and other sourcing channels
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
• Monitor compensation trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices
• Review applications to identify qualified candidates
• Perform phone screenings and initiate candidate outreach
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department leaders
• Move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process
• Maintain regular follow-up communication with applicants
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events including job fairs, college and trade school career events, workforce development programs, and community hiring events
• Represent Alpha Structural professionally in the community
• Cultivate relationships with trade schools and recruiting partners
• Maintain organized recruiting records and applicant tracking
• Track lead sources
• Track interviews scheduled
• Track time-to-hire
• Track hires started
• Prepare recruiting activity reports and staffing updates

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using online recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to professionally represent the company at recruiting events
• Bilingual in Spanish required
