Branch Recruiter
Job Description
Branch Recruiter for TAG Adecco in South Burlington, VT onsite, responsible for sourcing candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients, while shaping recruiting strategies and serving as SME and team lead when management is absent.
Responsibilities
- Assess the local talent landscape and implement a workforce planning approach to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates; develop candidate engagement and community outreach programs to grow Adecco's market footprint.
- Build and sustain relationships with both passive and active candidates.
- Coordinate redeployment of temporary associates to appropriate assignments.
- Assess client hiring needs, select optimal sourcing methods, and design client- and role-specific recruiting strategies.
- Provide resume assistance, interview preparation, and role-focused coaching to candidates.
- Support identifying, sourcing, and screening top candidates for open opportunities within the client program as needed.
- Evaluate candidates identified during prescreening, matching skills and experience to inventory needs.
- Assess candidates for qualification, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.
- Meet recruitment, interview, and submission activity KPIs and execute related processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Adecco's recruitment tools and processes.
- Respond to all branch inquiries from candidates in person or online, delivering accurate information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and development programs.
- Lead structured behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
- Conduct moderately complex searches using Adecco tools and online resources, analyze results, and adjust to meet inventory needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specialized client needs, maximize service, and strengthen relationships.
- Monitor local competitors, noting market share, locations, services, and benefits offered.
- Create executive summaries for candidate resume submissions.
- Maintain long-term relationships with associates during assignments to encourage redeployment.
- Reach out to clients and prospects by phone and in person to discuss services, resolve issues, and deepen understanding of client environments.
- Post jobs across multiple systems and platforms.
- Act as team lead or escalation point when management is unavailable.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of recruiting or related experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional working relationships.

- Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose and implement creative solutions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and the ability to interpret them.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Awareness of current sourcing trends, best practices, and methodologies.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
