Job Description
A bilingual talent recruiter based onsite in Wilmington, DE handles end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on attracting top talent and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source applicants through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with client culture.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Talent Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual ability is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
