Job Description

Tate's Bake Shop is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for both hourly frontline and salaried roles, onsite at our East Moriches, New York location. This position partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while upholding a positive candidate experience. The role carries a salary of $80,000 per year with bonus eligibility and requires on-site work five days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried roles at Tate’s Bake Shop.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to secure quality hires.
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring best practices.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate offers, and manage related processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Maintain timely and clear communication with candidates.
  • Support contractor onboarding and conversion efforts.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage contractor pipelines.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and keep recruitment data up to date.
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition metrics on the Labor Scorecard and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Assist with onboarding activities in collaboration with the HR Coordinator.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing environments, covering both hourly frontline and salaried roles.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of progressive work experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Experience hiring for both hourly and salaried roles.
  • On-site work five days per week.
