Responsibilities

• Visit local neighborhoods, retailers, and community hubs to connect with prospective job seekers
• Build friendly relationships and share details about available positions
• Collect contact information and assist interested individuals with sign up
• Maintain a simple log of contacts and follow-up activity

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching new people
• Familiarity with Rockland County communities preferred
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or community outreach
• Ability to track recruitment data using Excel and other programs

Position overview

Our client seeks a friendly, outgoing Community Recruiter to connect with local Spanish speakers across Rockland County. The role handles a high volume of staffing and extends beyond recruitment to onboarding and work registration. The position is hybrid and based in Spring Valley, NY.

Compensation

Salary: USD 62,400 per year. The published salary range serves as a competitive guide and is flexible to align with experience, education, and performance.
