Job Description
Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive full lifecycle recruiting for its Aeronautics-focused teams from the Clearfield, Utah site. This on-site role partners with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire top technical talent, with on-site support and occasional travel. Salary ranges from USD 51,500 to 94,600 per year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer, including screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary recruiting point of contact for assigned business leaders, guiding evaluation and hiring decisions.
- Lead strategy sessions to align role requirements and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Educate hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, candidate motivations, and competitive pay, grounding expectations in data.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics for talent acquisition and business leadership as needed.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship development.
- Assess candidates for technical capability, alignment with Northrop Grumman values, and mission fit.
- Ensure data integrity across processes and systems.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Located near Aeronautics sector sites: El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; Clearfield, UT; Oklahoma City, OK; or Melbourne, FL.
- Minimum ability to travel up to 20%.
