You will work onsite in Ozark, AR as part of a team that expects accountability and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Recruiter, you will help drive recruiting for entry to mid-level roles for a location. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring managers to align hiring needs with job descriptions, build a recruitment approach to attract quality candidates, and support the hiring process from early review through offer communication.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define selection criteria aligned to the job description.
  • Create a recruitment plan to support quality candidate flow that meets organizational requirements.
  • Assist with developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate review, screening, onsite interviews, and extend offers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, the hiring team, and internal partners, maintaining prompt and effective communication.
  • Answer questions and provide coaching and guidance to candidates, hiring managers, and the interview panel.
  • Collect feedback and either deliver it to stakeholders or extend offers.
  • Support HR recruitment activities, including pre-boarding items such as I9 audits.
  • Assist with preparing recruiting materials and coordinating recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate records in systems including the ATS and HRIS.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant experience, or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed
  • Working knowledge of HR and/or recruitment policies, regulations, and best practices
  • Exposure to sourcing, screening, and/or candidate selection
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Initiative, time management, organization, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new technologies such as ATS and HRIS
  • Ability to interpret and work within standard practices and policies
  • Ability to solve basic problems within existing guidelines
  • Attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Collaboration skills and willingness to identify needs
  • Accountability and ownership of workload

  • ATS, HRIS, I9 audits, UKG

Working Conditions

This role works in a variety of environments, including a climate-controlled office and a manufacturing plant environment with varying conditions such as cold, wet, warm areas, chemicals, and other site conditions. You will need to wear and work in personal protective equipment in the manufacturing environment. Noise levels may exceed 85 DBA in manufacturing areas and hearing protection may be required. Occasional travel may be required.

Physical Demands

You may regularly be required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard, with occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
