Job Description

SurePath Advisors invites experienced insurance professionals to lead and scale a network of independent agents in a growing agency platform. This onsite opportunity in Jacksonville, FL offers a path to build your own book of business while guiding a team of 1099 agents. The position carries a base salary of USD 80,000 per year, plus the potential for revenue sharing as your group grows, backed by strong leadership, proven products, and robust operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and recruit licensed agents via calls, referrals, social channels, and partner networks
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified agent candidates
  • Onboard and train agents on products, systems, and sales processes
  • Coach agents to improve production and retention
  • Drive production growth across your agent network

Requirements

  • 3+ years in insurance sales, recruiting, or sales management
  • Experience with 1099 agent models preferred
  • Active Health/Life license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
