Job Description

SurePath Advisors invites experienced insurance professionals to lead and scale a network of independent agents in a growing agency platform. This onsite opportunity in Jacksonville, FL offers a path to build your own book of business while guiding a team of 1099 agents. The position carries a base salary of USD 80,000 per year, plus the potential for revenue sharing as your group grows, backed by strong leadership, proven products, and robust operational support.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and recruit licensed agents via calls, referrals, social channels, and partner networks
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified agent candidates
Onboard and train agents on products, systems, and sales processes
Coach agents to improve production and retention
Drive production growth across your agent network

Requirements

3+ years in insurance sales, recruiting, or sales management
Experience with 1099 agent models preferred
Active Health/Life license (or ability to obtain)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
