Technical Recruiter

Service First Staffing is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support its Appleton, WI office. This full-time onsite role focuses on sourcing and qualifying talent for clients, with frequent communication across the candidate and client lifecycle.

You will combine relationship-building with structured outreach, partnering closely with individuals at all levels while using modern recruiting tools and online sourcing platforms. The position includes a base salary plus a commission package designed to support unlimited earning potential.

What you’ll do

• Find qualified candidates for clients
• Source candidates and qualify them through the hiring process
• Talk and work with individuals at all levels
• Handle extensive candidate and client contact throughout the process

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to work with people at all levels
• Tenacity in sourcing and qualifying candidates
• Strong business acumen
• Detail orientation and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products and the Internet, including LinkedIn and other online sources
• Professional demeanor with extensive candidate and client-facing interaction
• Engineering and/or skilled trades familiarity is a definite plus
• Good sense of humor (mandatory)
