Technical Recruiter

Entegee is hiring an Engineering-focused Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring in North Billerica, MA. This in-person role centers on sourcing and managing hiring workflows, while also partnering with the sales team through leads and referrals.

In this position, you will evaluate candidate fit, coordinate interviews and reference checks, and help keep recruiting processes moving from outreach through the required hiring paperwork and client screenings.

What you will do

• Contact candidates through calling, texting, and email to assess qualifications.
• Run interviews, analyze responses, and verify references to match talent to job requirements.
• Build strong candidate relationships and use referrals to grow a reliable talent pool.
• Research and test new recruiting tools, job boards, and forums to strengthen sourcing.
• Generate leads and referrals to support the sales team in meeting client needs.
• Handle hiring documentation, including E-Verify, I-9 forms, and client-required screenings such as drug tests and background checks.
• Share ideas, strategies, and solutions during team meetings.

Compensation and schedule

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• $47,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• 5 days in office (no hybrid or remote option)
