The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter role at Homeology Real Estate @ Realty ONE Group focuses on sourcing and screening real estate agents, managing outreach and interview pipelines, with compensation tied to performance through commissions and potential overrides.
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening high quality real estate agents or individuals pursuing real estate as a career. This role blends recruiting, relationship building, sales, and coordination, and requires candidates who are personable enough to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Your Primary Mission
Bring in both new and experienced quality, motivated agents who aim to succeed long term. We seek agents who are ambitious and desire an exceptional real estate career. The recruiter will interview and onboard both new and experienced agents to join the team.
Compensation and Overrides
This position operates on a commission-only model and provides a competitive override structure for top performers. Earnings are tied to specific milestones, with lifetime production bonuses for agents you bring on, and the potential for substantial overrides over time.
Commission Details
- Qualified Agent signed (new or experienced) = 150 per agent
- Qualified Agent licensed and onboarded (new or experienced; licensing ~3 months) = 300 per agent
- Agent that completed our playbook (typically 2 weeks to 2 months) = 500 per agent
- Lifetime bonus on each agent's production you brought on
- Top recruiters can earn six figures in overrides with potential to reach 200,000–300,000 over time
Schedule & Availability
- Choose your own hours
- Remote work is possible, with in-person meetings for prospective agents 1–2 times per week
Responsibilities
- Review applications received from multiple job boards
- Initiate calls to agents in the market
- Engage daily via calls, texts, emails, social media, and LinkedIn
- Manage postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards
- Re-engage past applicants and leads in the CRM; build warm pipelines
- Set and close appointments; conduct 20-25 minute Zoom screens
- Evaluate personality, motivation, culture fit, licensing status, and goals
- Filter out poor fits to protect leadership time
- Advance qualified candidates through the interview pipeline
- Schedule in-person interviews at the office (group and one-on-one)
- Send confirmations and reminders; keep candidates engaged
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline
- Connect agents with the admin team to initiate onboarding paperwork
- Track daily, weekly, and yearly recruiting metrics
- Maintain clean data in the recruiting dashboard; deliver daily and weekly reports to leadership
- Consistently hit monthly KPIs for screening calls and interviews booked
