Job Description

Alpha Care Home Health Services of NJ seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment and HR activities on site in Union City, NJ. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication and prior HR experience.

Location and Work Arrangement

Union City, NJ, on-site at Alpha Care's office. This is an in-person position based in the local office to support recruitment and HR operations.

Compensation

Hourly wage range: $20.00 to $25.00 (USD).

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish to support bilingual recruitment and HR communications
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone skills for outreach and scheduling
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic office setting
  • HR experience
