Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hybrid work in O’Fallon, MO with regular, predictable on-site attendance, plus limited remote eligibility. At True Manufacturing Group, this role supports four area production facilities, helping keep teams staffed and operating with consistency. You’ll work in an environment that values day-to-day collaboration, real-time problem-solving, and ongoing coordination across departments and leadership.

What you’ll do

• Lead recruiting efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels across True Production facilities.
• Post open roles on external job boards to attract production-based candidates.
• Use an Applicant Tracking System to review, manage, and disposition candidates.
• Schedule candidates for telephone and on-site interviews, and manage outreach throughout the process.
• Conduct telephone and on-site interviews, prepare offer materials, and present offers.
• Maintain communication with candidates from application through onboarding.
• Process and maintain required paperwork to support compliance.
• Perform core work responsibilities through regular, in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support day-to-day business needs, including attending scheduled meetings and collaborating in real time to ensure alignment.
• Meet regularly with your manager in person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and professional development.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related recruiting experience required.
• Broad understanding of manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Positive, professional behavior.
• Light travel between local facilities may be required.
