OpusClip is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract role based in Mountain View, CA (onsite). This is a hands-on recruiting position focused on full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design, with the possibility of conversion to full-time depending on performance and business needs.

Role Overview

You will take ownership of recruiting outcomes end to end, working closely with hiring managers and founders to shape sourcing plans and execution. The position includes managing multiple searches at once while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
Partner with hiring managers and founders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
Manage multiple active searches while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support efficient movement of candidates through the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within startups or fast-growing technology companies.
Strong hiring experience across Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Visual Designers.
Experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments where priorities can shift quickly.
A strong ability and interest in sourcing passive candidates.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail, including data integrity in the Ashby ATS.
Comfort collaborating directly with founders and senior leaders.

Preferred / Bonus Points

Experience recruiting Product Marketing or other GTM roles.
Experience recruiting for AI, SaaS, or consumer technology companies.
Experience using Ashby ATS.

Compensation and Employment Details
