Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Coordinate full-cycle talent acquisition for designated QRM (Quality Rehab Management) clients in a remote role, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly cross-functional collaboration meetings with internal operations to manage open positions and address staffing issues
- For each assigned geographic area, gather and use 5 key market research components to understand factors affecting staffing
- For each assigned site, obtain and apply 5 facility-specific attributes from Operations or the Client
- Own job posting workflows, including post/remove timing accuracy, and ensure postings align with approved budgeting
- Achieve TA Key Performance Indicators for designated clients
- Maintain open position aging at or below company average
- Maintain a lower percentage of open positions to closed job requisitions
- Contact qualified applicants within 24 hours of candidate submission
- Contact therapists within 48 hours of resignation notice to support retention efforts
- Immediately schedule interviews, site visits, and extension of offers to accelerate the recruiting process
- Ensure 100% accuracy of offer details and/or status changes communicated to clients and entered into the ATS and rehab documentation software within 24 hours
- Prepare recruitment activity reports for client review using the department template
- Evaluate and assess personal performance on a routine basis
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources (ideally in healthcare), or experience as a practicing therapist
- Basic understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Innovative, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proactive, strong written and verbal communication to support client satisfaction and retention
- Strong collaboration skills with teams and clients, with capability to work remotely and autonomously
- Effective time management with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment that can be stressful at times
- Demonstrated discretion, sensitivity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Microsoft Office and ATS proficiency, plus aptitude to learn new programs

Compensation
- Base pay plus bonus opportunities (overall compensation package)
